Product reliability counters record only event type, interface language and a daily count for upload failures, cancellations, analysis failures and wallet connection failures. No file content, filename, prompt, wallet address, session identifier or error text is included. Counters older than 90 days are deleted when a new event is processed; Do Not Track disables collection. Hosting infrastructure may separately process network metadata under the existing technical service policy.

Your data, clearly explained.

This notice explains what the current ArexAi website can access, what remains inside your browser and what becomes public when you use BNB Smart Chain.

Information handled

Only what the experience needs.

Connecting a wallet or using the Early Access Beta does not require your name or telephone number. The current website does not provide a campaign contact form or collect contact details through one.

Contribution reward applications

The contribution form stores your contact email, receiving wallet, contribution, evidence link, consent and review history for assessment, contact and payment records. Only authorized administrators can access individual applications. Payment transactions are public on BNB Chain. Contact info@arexaidata.com for access, correction or deletion requests; blockchain records cannot be erased. The form does not require a wallet connection or signature.

Wallet connection

When you connect a compatible wallet, the interface receives your approved public address and active network. Purchase and staking features read public balances, spending allowances, purchase eligibility and staking positions through blockchain RPC services. These reads do not give ArexAi access to your private keys.

ArexAi Analyst

Local analysis and Workbook Designer process files in your browser. After you enable AI file processing, ArexAi sends the complete selected XLSX/CSV file, including file names, hidden sheets and cell contents, your request and up to 12 recent messages to an external AI service provider for code-assisted analysis and new output copies. Sensitive values are not automatically masked in this mode. Original files are not overwritten. Embedded macros are not executed; the AI file workspace rejects macro-enabled workbooks and external connections.

Technical service data

Hosting, security and blockchain RPC providers may process standard connection information such as IP address, browser details, request time and requested path under their own operational policies.

Public blockchain data

Wallet addresses, token balances and confirmed transactions on BNB Smart Chain are public. Blockchain records are distributed, independently observable and generally cannot be erased or altered by ArexAi.

Browser storage

Small, functional and local.

You can remove local and session storage through your browser settings. Clearing it may reset the opening animation and cached on-chain display.

Private application linksNew applications receive a private status link on the confirmation screen. Anyone holding that link can see the limited status and reward details. Save it privately; it is not sent by email.

Contribution draftsWith your consent, a contribution draft is stored in this browser to open the application in a new tab. It expires after 15 minutes and is removed when imported; expired entries are cleared on the next draft transfer. No application is sent until you submit the form.

Intro preferenceA session-storage flag remembers whether the opening logo animation has already been shown during the current browser session.

Chain snapshotLocal storage may retain the last successfully verified public token-sale totals and allocation balances so the interface can show a clearly labelled fallback when RPC services are temporarily unavailable.

Language and wallet preferencesLocal storage remembers your selected language. Your wallet and WalletConnect may retain connection-session information under their own policies; disconnect through your wallet to end a session.

Marketing trackingThe current ArexAi application code does not install advertising trackers or proprietary marketing analytics cookies.

Why information is used

To operate the interface, display public blockchain information, prepare user-requested wallet transactions, maintain security and diagnose service failures.

Service providers and transfers

Hosting and RPC providers may process technical data in different countries. ArexAi does not sell personal data. External services and wallets apply their own privacy terms.

Retention

Local files and downloaded output copies remain in your browser session unless you save them. For AI file processing, ArexAi requests deletion of uploaded files, processing containers and responses when a task ends. Uploaded files also have a 24-hour expiry; interrupted cleanup and provider retention policies may affect deletion timing. This is not permanent cloud storage. Hosting and provider security logs follow their respective policies; public blockchain records may remain indefinitely.

Rights depend on your location and the law that applies. They cannot require ArexAi to rewrite a public blockchain that it does not control.
